Kallisti in Ancient Greek means 'To the Fairest' or to us 'Simply the Best', the most beautiful woman. Paris, the Prince of Troy, gave a Golden Apple with the inscription KALLISTI to Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love. It is a very long story why. His reward, for choosing her, was Helen, the Spartan Queen, wife of King Menelaos. That was the cause for the Troyan War, as in TROY, the recent film starring Brat Pitt as Achilles, Orlando Bloom as Paris and Diane Kruger as the beautiful Helen.
